We're seeking graduates interested in pursuing a career in fashion or looking to broaden their business of fashion knowledge to join our retail team and be a part of the day-to-day operations of our East Legon store and e-commerce platform.
Job Summary
Retail Associates will support and assist our Head of Retail / Operations to create an engaging guest experience and in turn, drive results. Associates will also have responsibility for operational processes including opening and closing the studio, filing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
This position is a great way to gain leadership experience and grow your retail skills including:
Assisting the leadership team in driving business results by maximising daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Studio Team.
Supporting and reinforcing a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining our guests as our top priority.
Using effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Head of Operations, production and studio teams.
Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.

Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
4. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
5. NSS personnel / Bachelors Degree
