Payment & Shipping
PAYMENT
We have 3 accepted payment methods for online orders - 1) STRIPE, a secured and trusted payment platform which allows you to use your bank cards, 2) PAYPAL and 3) MOBILE MONEY which allows you to make payment locally and internationally to our MTN Mobile Money account number. Find our Mobile Money account details below should you prefer this method.

*All product prices include VAT for orders within Ghana. For international orders, customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number.
CHANGE DESTINATION
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.
SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES
All orders require a signature upon delivery. However, a family member or colleague may sign on your behalf. If you will not be available to accept delivery, consider shipping to your workplace. Alternatively, a notice will be left notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
SHIPPING TO WORK ADDRESSES
For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your workplace. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address and note goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room.
Delivery to a PO Box, AFPO, PMB or Locked Bag is not permitted for security reasons.
DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE
You may authorise your delivery to be left without a signature (e.g. on your porch).
We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.
